A Scout is Trustworthy.Exodus 20:16 Thou Shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Psalms 101:7 He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight. |

A Scout is Loyal.Luke 16:10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.
